Terms of Use

Pastizzi Clicker is a free casual web game for users aged 13+. It is not gambling, betting, a lottery, a payment service, or a cash reward service.

1. Who operates the game

Pastizzi Clicker is operated by Maksim Bachurin. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Maksim Bachurin as the game operator.

2. What the game is

Players click a cartoon pastizzi, earn in-game coins, buy in-game upgrades, appear on leaderboards, and during active Pastizzi Drop events may use coins to claim real-life pastizzi from a participating local partner, subject to stock, pickup rules and these Terms.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pastizzi Clicker. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Free to play and no cash value

There is no paid entry, donation, subscription, in-app purchase, or payment required to play or claim a Pastizzi Drop. In-game coins, upgrades, leaderboard positions and QR claims have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, traded, withdrawn, exchanged for money, or redeemed for cash.

5. Google account

Some features require Google sign-in. You must use your own Google account. You must not use fake accounts, stolen accounts, shared accounts, or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Pastizzi Drops

A Pastizzi Drop is a limited local event. Each drop may show its own title, description, start time, end time, pickup location, stock, coin cost and important notes. Drops are available only while stock lasts and may be changed, paused, cancelled or ended early for operational, technical, safety, stock or abuse-prevention reasons.

A successful claim creates a QR code or token. The QR code may represent one or more pastizzi. It is valid only if accepted by the official admin scanner at pickup.

7. Pickup and food notice

Pastizzi are provided by the participating local partner at the pickup location. We do not guarantee ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability or food preparation. If you have allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or medical concerns, check with the food business before accepting or consuming any food.

8. Fair play

You must not use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, macros, modified clients, request spam, replay attacks, API manipulation, fake accounts, shared accounts, QR sharing, QR resale, or bugs to gain coins, ranking, claims or rewards.

We may reduce or reset scores, remove leaderboard entries, void QR claims, refuse redemption, suspend or ban accounts, or take other action if we believe the account is cheating, abusing the game, harming fair play, or breaking these Terms.

9. Game changes

Pastizzi Clicker is an MVP project. We may rebalance upgrades, prices, drop costs, stock, anti-cheat limits, daily bonuses, leaderboards and other mechanics at any time, especially to fix bugs, prevent abuse or improve the game.

10. Advertising

The game may show Google AdSense advertising during transitions between tabs or screens. Ads do not mean that Google or advertisers operate, endorse or control Pastizzi Clicker. Advertising cookies and consent choices are explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Account deletion

You can delete your account from the Account page or contact workbachurin@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your account, score, upgrades, claims and active QR codes from the live game system.

12. No warranties and limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, downtime, delayed saves, leaderboard errors, QR issues or other technical problems. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for missed drops, travel costs, device issues, internet issues, third-party service issues, stock shortages, or losses caused by your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, unless mandatory consumer protection laws say otherwise.
